Special Circumstances:


For Travel and Leisure Coordination and Event Planning:

  • An extra 10% charge applies to the total cost of these specific services.  This fee, payable to Time Savvy Coordination Service, reflects the additional time, meticulous care, and expertise invested to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience tailored to your preferences.  



Service Preference by Third Parties:


For Travel and Leisure Coordination and Event Planning:


An extra 10% charge applies to the total cost of these specific services.


For Food Delivery and dry clean:


  • You are free to deposit a monthly allowance with us to facilitate grocery shopping and delivery. This pre-payment offers convenience, especially considering upfront cash needs for groceries and dry cleaning.
  • The cost for food delivery is separate from the Monthly Coordination Subscription.

Payment Process:


  • Services of preference coordinated by our care on your behalf, including food delivery, are to be paid directly to the respective service providers.
