Conditions of Service for Remote Executive Assistance Services - French and English

Service Engagement:

1.1. By engaging our remote executive assistance services, the client agrees to the duration and scope of services as outlined in the selected package or as agreed upon for custom projects.  

1.2. The client acknowledges that all services will be provided remotely by our team of experienced executive assistants.

1.3. The client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the pricing and packages offered by The Time Savvy.

Scope of Services:

2.1. Our remote executive assistance services include administrative and secretarial tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, travel coordination, meeting support, presentation creation, data analysis and reporting, and other related tasks as specified in the chosen package or custom project. 

2.2. The client acknowledges that any additional services beyond the selected package or custom project will incur separate charges according to the pricing provided by The Time Savvy.

2.3. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, documents, and instructions required for the completion of the assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Service Delivery: 

The Time Savvy will deliver the remote executive assistance services to the best of their abilities, utilizing their expertise in French and English languages.

3.2. The client understands that the services will be delivered remotely and acknowledges the potential limitations or disruptions that may arise due to technical issues or external factors beyond The Time Savvy’s control.


4.1. The Time Savvy and its team members recognize the importance of client confidentiality and agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business-related matters.

4.2. The client confirms that any confidential information shared with The Time Savvy for the purpose of providing the services will be handled with utmost care and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.

Payment Terms:

5.1. The client agrees to pay the fees as per the selected package or custom project.

5.2. Payment for the services shall be made in the currency specified by The Time Savvy within the specified timeframe. 5.3. In case of additional services or hourly rates, the client agrees to pay the corresponding fees according to the pricing provided by The Time Savvy.


​ 6.1. Either party may terminate this engagement by providing written notice to the other party.

6.2. In case of termination, the client agrees to settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up until the termination date.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1. Neither The Time Savvy nor its team members shall be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of using our remote executive assistance services.

7.2. The client acknowledges that The Time Savvy’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

8.1 Any disputes arising from or related to these conditions of service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts..

By engaging The Time Savvy’s remote executive assistance services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions of service.
